Field Marketing Specialist to Global Software Company

We´re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to help accelerate growth in the Nordics by delivering impactful campaigns and experiences. This is a consultancy opportunity of 9 months (maternity leave). About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Field Marketing Specialist to drive impactful marketing initiatives in the Nordic region. This role supports marketing planning and execution for our Enterprise Digital Experience business, focusing on Experience Cloud solutions. Based in Stockholm, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing local events, generating pipeline, and collaborating closely with sales and business development teams to translate market needs into targeted campaigns. You´ll join a dynamic, ambitious team and report to the Head of Marketing for the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the local field marketing plan aligned with quarterly KPIs such as pipeline generation and bookings.
  • Plan and lead marketing activities, especially local customer events, in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand regional market needs and localize global and regional programs accordingly.
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to provide campaign support, lead generation data, and post-event follow-up strategies.

About You:

You are a structured and strategic B2B marketer with a hands-on approach and a natural flair for creativity and collaboration. Comfortable in a matrixed organization, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the communication skills to influence cross-functional teams. You´re analytical, results-driven, and excited to help shape one of the region´s fastest-growing markets.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor´s degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally in tech or software.
  • Proven track record in field marketing with the ability to plan and execute high-quality customer events, both digital and in-person.
  • Deep understanding of digital trends affecting B2B marketers today.
  • Experience working in complex organizations and with external agencies and partners.
  • Strong project management capabilities and an analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and either Swedish or Danish.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with an understanding of AI´s potential in enhancing productivity.
