We are currently looking for a CRM Manager (D2C) to an exciting opportunity with our client Samsung! This is a consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible, a 1-year contract.

Purpose of the role:

Working as a CRM Specialist at Samsung means that you will be part of securing CRM communication and campaign activities that support the acceleration of the work with successful cross-channel data driven marketing. You will play an active role in CRM project/campaigns, responsible for the campaign execution, content management, segmentation, improve way of working based on insights and data. You are comfortable working with various digital platforms.

Job scope and key deliverables:

  • Coordinate and execute CRM communication with great speed and excellence.
  • Main responsibility is campaign execution with the broad variation of tasks that it involves.
  • Execute go-to market plans
  • Execute A/B testing.
  • Successful cooperation with CRM lead in order to execute on strategic plans.
  • Close collaboration with Creative team and SDS team in London as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Role Tasks:

  • Hands on daily operations to coordinate and ensure the best campaign executions
  • Briefing & coordination with MarCom, coordination of proofreading & QA process
  • Execution of Go-to-market plans
  • Execution of cross campaigns
  • Execution of B2C & Marketing Automation Campaigns
  • Taxi operations (sub system to our CRM system Adobe Campaign)
  • Execution of A/B testing
  • Working with the segmentation definition and manage requests to internal and external partners working with analytics and insights
  • Working in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including e.g. agencies and contact with the Samsung European head quarter).

CRM team plays a crucial part in the development of the D2C division. In the team you have a great opportunity be part of this journey. There is a lot of knowledge and experience within the team so there are great opportunities for development within marketing and especially.

Most relevant qualifications, education and training:

In order to be successful in the position, you must have experience in project management and stakeholder management, working in digital platforms in connection to marketing production and have experience of working with marketing execution plans, preferably in a global company.

Most relevant previous work experience:

  • At least 3 years of direct experience from working with CRM communication.
  • Proven track record of content management and how to enhance CRM communication through data-driven refinement of messaging, subject lines, preheaders, and calls to action. Hands-on experience of A/B testing & optimization across different channels.
  • Analytics & reporting skills – Comfortable working with CRM dashboards and tools to track performance, derive insights, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Experience from digital platforms in connection to CRM.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, and strive for excellence in delivery and execution

Required language skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • Nordic language is a plus
