Background:
Our Client a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities. The roll out of the ERP (S/4HANA) and other SAP products is done in "Releases", and each release contains at least one production Mill business go-live.
The program consists of a number of workstreams. This request is for a dedicated Release Lead for Source to Pay, where the scope includes components of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. The role is responsible for the full delivery of their Release scope within Source to Pay, and ensuring the best solution – from a business and system perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and secure that the Release deliverables are delivered on time and with good quality.
- Report to Source to Pay Work Stream Lead and work closely with the Implementation Partner´s Release Lead in day-to-day work.
- Provide context and expertise and ensure best possible solution from a company perspective.
- Close collaboration with SME´s securing that all requirements and specific topics have a solution - balancing interim versus end state solution options.
- The role includes being the lead for SAP Ariba scope - to continue developing the Ariba roll out plan and roadmap with Business and Implementation Partner, subsequently securing the build and delivery of the solution.
- Serve as Source to Pay´s Deployment Lead for the Release - plan the Mock load and Cutover activities together with the S2P team and Business.
- Ensure that relevant decision needs are identified, prepared and resolved.
- Monitor and mitigate Risks and Issues, escalate unresolved risks and issues to Program?Management.
- Manage and coordinate?resources for the Release - in close collaboration with Business Process Lead, Work Stream Lead, and Global Process Owner.
- Coordinate with other relevant workstreams and secure alignment across functions.
- Coordinate with Program Enablement teams such as Test, Data & Migration, Deploy, Change Management and Roles & Authorization.
- Ensure stakeholder collaboration, meeting forums and expectation management during program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management and/or Scrum Master is meritorious.
• Professional Experience:
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Ariba are required.
- Experience in Fieldglass and SAP Business Network are advantageous.
- 10+ years proven experience in project management, with both business and system dimensions. Preferably in the paper and pulp industry or similar sectors.
- Experience with process, and cross-process related topics and driving the resolution of identified gaps.
- 10+ years´ experience in the Source to Pay or Procurement area preferred.
- Experience with both custom-built and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their integration challenges.
- Experience working in large implementation programs preferably driven by a SI partner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Change Management:
- Experience in managing change from both business and system perspectives.
Location and Mobility:
Location, Solna. On-site as the base. Remote most likely one day a week.
