TBM Expert to Global Fashion Leader

We are currently looking for a TBM Expert to join our client´s Financial Transparency Project, This is a one year full-time consulting assignment based in Stockholm, starting in January 2026.

Competence: Expert (+10 years of consulting experience in relevant roles)

Remote work allowed: Yes (up to 20%)

Job Description:

We are seeking a TBM Expert to establish a Technology Business Management (TBM) Office and practices, enhancing transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment of IT investments with business objectives.

Objective/Purpose:

The TBM Expert will support the design and rollout of TBM processes, practices, and governance structures across the Business Tech organization.

Scope of Work:

• Develop and implement TBM processes aligned with industry standards and the TBM Council framework.
• Support the setup of the TBM Office, defining mission, structure, responsibilities, and ways of working.
• Train and transfer knowledge to internal teams to build long-term TBM capabilities.
• Support tool configuration, including integration with financial and IT systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management across IT, Finance, and business units.
• Deliver documentation and reporting templates to support ongoing TBM operations.

Required Expertise:

• Proven experience in TBM implementation and operations.
• Deep understanding of cost transparency, IT financial management, and value-based IT planning.
• Familiarity with the TBM tool Apptio and integration with ERP and ITSM systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
